Outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff, enjoyable breakfasts, good job!
Functional room with lovely views of the garden. Location just next door to the garden area, a pub, and the city center...

Location was excellent. The breakfast seemed a little expensive at 13 euros each for a continental selection. Bed was very, very comfortable and staff couldn't have been nicer....Helen Gygax

Quality, comfort, service. Didn't think it possible but the restaurant food has got even better!
Still like to see a tea making facility in the room.

Really central but quiet. Superb room overlooking park although there was no lift to the second floor. However, the staff were willing to help with bags. Breakfast was really gourmet and staff obliging. Lovely stay indeed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the artistic design to the little touches that made the stay special. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to everything. I loved being able to overlook the picturesque People's Park in the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The basic amenities were all fantastic, especially the rooms which had a very comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom had a fantastic shower and the linens were lovely and soft. And I must mention the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious with really fresh ingredients. I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Everything ! It was wonderful, in particular the Sommelier who was also serving tea in the afternoon. He lit a fire just for us in their beautiful drawing room, lit candles and put on lovely music. Also the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The breakfast absolutely superb.
